Banijay Italia Holding, the parent company of the Banijay Group in Italy, announces the arrival of Nikolina Jovicic in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Jovicic will take care of all financial activities of the Group's 12 companies, leading a team of 25 people.

Jovicic brings to Banijay Italia Holding more than 20 years of experience in international companies where she gained solid skills in Finance and Accounting, with responsibility for corporate P&L. Graduated in Economics, Nikolina Jovicic started her career in Sony Pictures Entertainment where over the course of 13 years she took on roles of increasing responsibility both in Italy and abroad. After a short experience in Dover Corporation, in 2017 she joined Vodafone Italia where she developed her skills in the world of telecommunications, until she landed in 2021 in the world of sports media with the role of CFO for the Aser Ventures Italia & Eleven Sports Italia group.
