Carlotta Perego, founder of Cucina Botanica and followed by a community of more than 1 million people, is also the writer of three culinary best sellers with more than 300,000 copies sold. In 2021, "Forbes" magazine named her among the 100 Under 30 young leaders of the future and, in the same year, "Fortune" magazine included her in the 40 under 40 list, the list of the most influential young leaders of the year.
In the new program L'orto di Carlotta, Carlotta offers her vegetable menus based on natural and zero km ingredients, to experiment with new flavors and travel new paths: an opportunity to discover an original way of cooking and preparing easy and healthy dishes, where you never give up variety and taste.
Each episode has a theme from which the menu is developed, consisting of three recipes, also prepared with raw materials from Carlotta's garden. During preparations, Carlotta gives advice on organizing the kitchen, preserving food, speeding up preparations, as well as sharing ideas for a more sustainable and up-to-date lifestyle.
