In the Christmas episodes, produced by Food Media Factory and Level 33, for the second year running viewers are accompanied into the sweet world of Christmas desserts by Chiara Maci, writer and TV presenter. At her side, 18 of Italy's best master pastry chefs prepare original Christmas creations, replicable even at home and inspired by the prince of the holidays, the artisan panettone.
In each episode Sal De Riso, President of AMPI (Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani - Academy of Italian Master Pastry Chefs) and the winner of the last edition of Artisti del Panettone, talks about his "panettone alphabet" with curiosities and suggestions. This is year, the show sees also a well-known nutritionist biologist talking about food and health especially during the festivity days.
