Canale 5 show has been able to gather different generations and recorded an average of 3mln viewers, with a share of 20.8% individual share, that also reached a 24.33% share among the 15-34 year old audience. The show scored peaks of 36.5% share when was announced the name of the winner: Marta Viola.
In addition, Io Canto Generation ranked among the most commented programmes on social networks and entered first place in Italian trends on X.
Marta Viola, 14 years old from Chieri, Turin won also a prestigious prize: a "Summer School Academy" at the New York Film Academy in Florence and a long weekend in New York, also accompanied by the NYFA.
In addition, Marta secured a further award: the "Technical Jury and Radio Prize", which was awarded to her by the jury together with Chiara Tortorella, the speaker of R101, the talent's official radio station. Again thanks to R101, the winner will also have the opportunity to record an edit of a "cover" song, from among those proposed during the course of the show.
