Disney Plus Launched the Documentary Raffa Dedicated to the Iconic Italian Star
Disney Plus released the documentary Raffa – a docuseries of 3 one-hour episodes – dedicated to Raffaella Carrà. The portrait of the iconic Italian singer, actress, dancer and TV host had a tremendous impact on the International pop culture across Europe and Latin America. She became famous in Italy as a singer and dancer during the early stage of the Italian Public Broadcaster, when Rai in the 70's was launching the first variety shows like Canzonissima with her celeb provocative dances. She was the first woman to expose in that period time her midriff on TV with the song "Tuca Tuca". She became a symbol of female empowerment and independence.
