Both companies confirmed a management buy-out, marking the independence of Armoza Formats once again. Armoza Formats will maintain its exclusive right to produce ITV Studios Formats in Israel.
ITV Studios will hold onto the Armoza Formats catalogue it acquired, which includes approximately 100 titles such as Still Standing, Marry Me Now, and The Four. Meanwhile, Armoza Formats will take ownership of all future projects effective immediately, without impacting ongoing productions.

Armoza Formats boasts an impressive portfolio, including the Israeli rendition of the ITV format Love Island, soon to premiere on Keshet-owned Free TV. Additionally, the company has produced three seasons of Come Dine With Me and two seasons of the game show The 1% Club for KAN 11.
Currently, Armoza Formats is actively involved in the production of a new Arabic language version of Come Dine With Me, with an Arabic language adaptation of The Chase in development. Additionally, their original production, Cooking Up Memories, is captivating audiences on MAKAN.
