Luca Terni, a Tuscan chef and innkeeper for generations, continues his mission: to search for the perfect "scarpetta". In each episode, Luca will take on the challenge thrown down by two restaurateurs from the same area, tasting their proposals and decreeing the best one: the one that satisfies his desire to dip a piece of bread and is therefore worthy of the "scarpetta." Additionally, the chef will cook local recipes with the owners and share all his experience with them.
