FormatBiz | Mediaset Distribution's Prepares for International Events at Nem Dubrovnik and Natpe Budapest

Mediaset Distribution, is ready to present the format Io Canto Family to international buyers who will attend the upcoming television events in June, including Nem Dubrovnik (Croatia, 10-13 June) and Natpe Budapest (Hungary 24-27 June).

Sales Manager Claudia Marra is very pleased with the success achieved by the recent premiere of the singing family show on Canale 5, which debuted on Monday, May 20th, in prime time with excellent results, 2.4mln and 16.93% and 15.37% on the second episode (Monday, May 27).

Singing competition Io Canto Family is the spin-off of the classical hit show Io Canto Generation broadacast recently by Mediaset.

"The format - said Marra- is dedicated to young talents between the ages of 10 and 15, accompanied by a parent or close relative, ready to share the stage and amaze the audience with their voices and emotions".

This edition is hosted by Michelle Hunziker, while the previous version was hosted by Gerry Scotti (now busy with the new edition of The Wheel of Fortune in access prime time).
