Leading independent distributor All3Media International has announced a commission in Greece for Filmpool Entertainment’s reality format, The Criminal Court.

Produced by Silverline Media Productions, the new adaptation will air on Antenna Group this year.

In The Criminal Court, a charismatic real judge presides over fictional criminal cases that are thrilling, emotional, and sometimes bizarre. Stories are portrayed by amateur actors, but real lawyers lend authenticity. The narrative unfolds both in the courtroom and throughout the courthouse.

Originally launched on Germany’s RTL by Filmpool, The Criminal Court quickly became a hit, with Season 1 outperforming the slot average by 68%. Over 200 episodes have aired in Germany.
