Giffoni Film Festival 2024: Celebrating Cinema's Beauty and Power
The 54th edition of the Giffoni Film Festival ended on Sunday, July 28th - "marking the end of a remarkable celebration of cinema's strength and beauty" confirmed Claudio Gubitosi, the festival's creator and founder.

With 5,000 jurors from 33 nations, over 300,000 attendees in ten days, 130 films in competition, and more than 300 guests across various sections, the 54th edition of the festival brought emotions and entertainment to Giffoni Valle Piana. Gubitosi reflected on the festival's evolution: "I've often been asked how Giffoni has always managed to be timely, attentive, caring, even anticipating trends and thoughts, growing without growing, developing yet never changing its identity, and adding value to its history piece by piece. To continue doing this, one needs determination and must never look back to see what has been done, slightly dissatisfied but always looking to the future."
