Two Words with Adva Avichzer Founder & CEO of The Ripple Effect Agency

Two Words with Adva Avichzer Founder & CEO of The Ripple Effect Agency
Could you introduce us to The Ripple Effect? How was it formed, and what are its objectives?
The Ripple Effect started with a conversation that brought everything into focus. I was talking with my dear friend and wonderful producer, Dafna Danenberg, about how much the TV industry has changed. She shared her frustration with the challenges of getting her stories out to a global audience. That conversation made me realize that with my years of experience and connections, I could bridge that gap—not just for Dafna, but for many creators facing the same struggle.
For years, this idea had been with me, but that conversation was the catalyst for bringing The Ripple Effect to life, an idea that had been developing within me for a long time.
It was crystal clear to me from the get-go that The Ripple Effect was established with a singular vision: to connect local stories with global opportunities. As an agency, we enjoy the flexibility to think outside the box, to be creative in how we approach each project, and to find the best ways to bring these stories to life.
Almost immediately after launching, Viviana and Elizaveta joined the team, forming an incredible group dedicated to achieving The Ripple Effect's mission. Each of them brings valuable experience, unique skills, and a shared sense of purpose that adds meaning to the work we do at The Ripple Effect.

When was the company founded?
In my mind, The Ripple Effect has been in development for years. Officially, we launched last year.

What content do you currently distribute?
We focus on scripted shows and documentaries with international appeal—projects that have a meaningful impact. Our content is at all stages of development, from early ideas to fully developed pilots, bibles, and ready-made content.
We are proud to collaborate with partners such as Zoa Films, Eight productions (Night Therapy, Exceptional), Beyond Creative, and HSCC. Additionally, we work with acclaimed creators like Noah Stollman (Fauda, Our Boys), Izhar Harlev (Your Honor, Valley of Tears, The Gordin Cell), Ariana Saiegh (Familia de Divan) and Uzi Weil (In Treatment), among others.

What types of content are you looking to add to your catalogue?
We’re drawn to impactful, undiscovered local stories that have international potential. There are many hidden gems out there that haven’t yet found the right platform, and we’re here to help bring them to life.

In which territories do you operate? And Where are you based?
We operate worldwide and we’re based in Tel Aviv.

Will you be present at any upcoming industry markets such as Iberseries, MIPCOM, MIPCancun, or Content Americas?
Yes, we’ll be attending MIPCOM, Content London, MIP London and Content Americas. We’re excited to connect with fellow creative thinkers at these events.

Do you plan to or have activities beyond distribution (development, co-production, etc.)?

Yes! As a content agency we enjoy the flexibility to pursue all of the above.
It’s a privilege to work with such amazing creators, and I feel truly fortunate to do what I love every day. There are so many great stories out there just waiting to be told – I’m thrilled about the opportunity to work with the global community to make that happen.
