Eccho Rights will showcase the new Turkish drama series Beneath the Surface at MIPCOM, adding it to their lineup of premium Turkish content.

Produced by Karga Seven Pictures for beIN Media Group's TOD in Turkey and MENA, Beneath the Surface premiered in October and quickly became TOD's most-streamed series. The show, locally titled Sorgu, stars Hazal Kaya as police officer Cihan, whose investigation into her father's murder is complicated by romantic feelings for a colleague and suspicion surrounding her sisters.

Eccho Rights’ Handan Özkubat praised the star power of Kaya and co-star Çağlar Ertuğrul, while beIN’s Esra Özaral Altop highlighted the series' intricate storytelling.

Directed by Deniz Yorulmazer, Beneath the Surface features a cast that includes Melisa Döngel and Boncuk Yılmaz.
