The nominees for the 63rd annual Rose d’Or Awards have been revealed. This year’s selection represents an impressive spectrum of talent and creativity, with finalists chosen from a record-breaking 700 entries spanning over 30 countries. The awards, which celebrate excellence across a wide range of genres in global television, reflect the industry’s dedication to pushing creative boundaries and connecting audiences worldwide.

Jean Philip De Tender, Director of Media and Deputy Director General at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), said: “It’s always such a joy for the judges to see so much creativity in the international television industry – which makes it even tougher to narrow down hundreds of entries to just a handful of finalists in each category. Thank you to everyone for contributing your talent and passion to connecting with audiences around the world.”

The Rose d’Or jury, consisting of over 100 esteemed broadcast executives, distributors, and producers, meticulously reviewed each submission, facing the daunting task of selecting the very best. Mark Rowland, Chair of the Rose d’Or Awards, underscored the challenge: “This year we’ve had over 700 entries from over 30 countries, with the competition hotter than ever. The judges have had an incredibly strong selection of shows to choose from. Thank you to everyone who entered – and good luck to our amazing finalists.”

The Award Ceremony, scheduled for December 2 at King’s Place in London, promises to be a night of celebration and recognition. In addition to the main category awards, special accolades will be given for Emerging Talent, Performance of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement, honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to television. These awards will highlight both rising stars and veteran creators, whose work has inspired and shaped the medium.
