MFE reported a net profit increase of 38.7%, excluding contributions from ProsiebenSat1, and a substantial 28.7% rise in operating profit (EBIT). Consolidated net revenues grew by 7.7%, underscoring the strength of the Group’s cross-media strategy, which CEO Pier Silvio Berlusconi described as "the development model for the European broadcaster."

In Italy, Mediaset Networks achieved impressive results across all time slots, based on Auditel data for the first nine months of 2024:

35.5% in Prime Time
Mediaset reinforced its leadership among the commercial target audience (15-64 years), securing:
39.1% share over 24 hours
39.3% in Day Time
37.9% in Prime Time
Flagship network Canale 5 maintained its position as the top national network for this key demographic, excelling in both the 24-hour and Day Time slots.
In Spain, Grupo Audiovisual Mediaset España also performed strongly, with a total audience share of 25.1% over 24 hours and a 27.5% share among the commercial target audience. The Prime Time slot saw:

During Day Time, the Group achieved a 25.3% total audience share and an impressive 28.0% commercial target share.
