Banijay Entertainment Acquires Global Rights to Hilarious Gameshow Clone Heads
Banijay Entertainment has secured the exclusive format rights to Clone Heads, a high-energy gameshow created by UK production company Objekt. Originally launched on Channel 4’s digital-first platform Channel 4.0, the show will be showcased at the prestigious London TV Screenings on February 26 at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly.

Clone Heads combines outrageous comedy with physical challenges, as two popular digital creators lead teams of oversized, balloon-headed clones through a series of unpredictable games. Blending classic playground activities with strategic twists, the format offers a fresh take on competitive entertainment.

Helen Greatorex, Head of Acquisitions at Banijay Entertainment, describes the show as “pure, unfiltered fun—visually striking, endlessly entertaining, and a perfect showcase for digital talent.” Objekt’s Creative Director, Bart Frank, highlights its innovative approach: “This format celebrates the vibrancy of digital creators and pushes the boundaries of both traditional and online entertainment.”

With its digital-first appeal and multiplatform adaptability, Clone Heads now joins Banijay’s diverse slate of international formats, including My Name is Gabriel, Genius Game, ATypical Critics, and Game of Wool.

The deal was brokered by Luci Sanan at 53 Degrees North Media.
