Paprika Studios, the leading independent production company in Central and Eastern Europe, welcomes Alicja Czarnecka-Suls as Head of Non-Fiction Production for its Polish division.
A veteran in the TV industry, Czarnecka-Suls previously served as Managing Director at Rochstar, where she played a key role in introducing hit formats such as The Voice of Poland, Voice Kids, Voice Senior, Top Model, and Kocham Cię, Polsko to the Polish market. Most recently, she worked as a supervising producer for The Voice while also publishing her debut novel, Nine Knockers of Troy.
“I am excited to build a strong non-fiction department at Paprika Studios Poland, creating formats that resonate both locally and internationally,” says Czarnecka-Suls.

Managing Director Kristoffer Rus adds that her appointment marks a significant step in expanding Paprika Studios’ presence in the Polish market.
