Screentime Australia, a Banijay Group company, has secured the commissions of the formats Sydney’s Crazy Rich Asians and My 80-Year-Old Flatmate with Channel 10.
Sydney’s Crazy Rich Asians, exploring a life of money, shopping, cars, events and glamour, follows six very “extra” characters as they navigate a life without a budget. In My 80-Year-Old Flatmate, elderly Australians offer up cheap rents to struggling millennials in exchange for company and help around the house, as unlikely friendships are formed.
Rory Callaghan, CEO of Screentime Australia, said: “Channel 10 serves as the perfect partner for Sydney’s Crazy Rich Asians and My 80-Year-Old Flatmate. Both shows combine entertainment with insight and are guaranteed to have audiences hooked.”
