Fred Kogel appoints Stephan Katzmann Managing Director for projects in the area of finance. Since June 1st, Stephan Katzmann has been responsible for this area and in particular for the production activities and the creation of a joint license database for the trading activities of the newly founded media company, which will emerge from the Tele München Group, Universum Film, i&u TV and Wiedemann & Berg Film. He reports to Group CFO Joachim Scheuenpflug.

Stephan Katzmann was Managing Director Finance at Sport1 for the past three years. Prior to that, he joined the German media company Constantin in 2005 as Senior Controller and was promoted to Head of Finance and Accounting in 2008 before he became Managing Director Finance of Constantin Film Verleih and Constantin Produktion. He held that position from 2013 - 2016. He started his professional career as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, before he went to the telecommunications company extr@com (today: Multiconnect) in Business Development and later joined Xella Group as Senior Controller.
