Format

Love At First Song the music dating format made by CJ ENM premieres its third version in Korea, following Vietnam and Malaysia. The first of its chain was broadcast in Vietnam, VTV3, which marked #1 ratings for the timeslot, bringing +30% up in Ind.4+ compared to the same slot of the previous show. VTV3 also commissioned the second season.
The Korean version, is scheduled to air on both general entertainment channels tvN and XtvN starting today, Friday 20 at 7.40pm. It will star various famous stars in the Korean pop industry including Kyu-hyun (Super Junior/New Journey to the West), mega producer Yoon Sang and top female solo artist Gummy.

It is currently optioned to USA, Spain, Portugal, Australia and Denmark and will be commissioned soon. In the US especially, it has been attached with John Legend with Simon Lythgoe, three-time Emmy Award-nominated producer of ‘American Idol’ and ‘Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings.’
