Viacom International Studios (VIS) signed a deal with Univision, the leading Hispanic media company in the U.S., to broadcast the reality show Resistiré (I Will Survive) . The show airs Monday through Friday at 9 p.m. ET/PT (8 p.m. Centro) on Univision’s sister network UniMás.
The innovative survival series of 95 episodes was inspired by the original MTV show, Stranded with a Million Dollars. Resistiré filmed in Chile features Facundo Gomez, talented Mexican television host and comedian, and Chilean television star, Diana Bolocco.
The 24 contestants will test their strenght and ability to survive in the Andes without food, water and shelter.
The show was already aired in March in Chile on Mega, in Mexico on Azteca.
