After the social success of EPCC Alive - the "special" version designed ad hoc for the web, the only prime-time late night show of Italian television is back: from Tuesday 7 April, on Sky Uno and NOW TV, Alessandro Cattelan with EPCC LIVE, the show that will be aired live from Milan.
With EPCC LIVE - Fremantle production for Sky - Cattelan returns to the stage keeping his formula of success unchanged, adapting it in full compliance with all the rules foreseen by the emergency situation. Therefore Alessandro's desecrating and politically incorrect monologues will return, the unpredictable gags, the original interviews with the guests. There will be also Street Clerks and Marco Villa.
The episode will open with the astronaut Paolo Nespoli who, after his missions in space that have kept him in orbit for a total of over 313 days, he intends to "return to normal life". Following, the protagonists of the interviews of the first appointment will be Elodie, the young pop-urban singer who participated in the Sanremo Festival with "Andromeda", extracted from the album "This is Elodie", a certified golden disc song, now among the most broadcast on radio, which exceeded 11 million streams and 12 million views on YouTube; and Linus, artistic director of Radio Deejay, who in recent weeks has continued to keep his listeners company through his radio. In addition, an unmissable special game with 9 famous characters connected via webcam from their homes who will submit themselves to Cattelan's questions: there will be Annalisa, Fabio Caressa, Martin Castrogiovanni, Leo Gassmann, Jake La Furia, Federica Nargi and Alessandro Matri, Shade, Jo Squillo and Ivan Zaytsev.
In these episodes the interaction with the audience from home, called to comment live on social networks and not only, will become central. All according to the now unmistakable style that has made "E poi c'è Cattelan" a true TV phenomenon, capable of imposing a completely new style, made of irreverence, sarcasm and fun. A show, in recent years, full of moments that have become real instant cult, viral immediately after the airing, but also capable of generating the social debate.
EPCC LIVE is produced by Fremantle for Sky, directed by Lisa Gaspari and written by Alessandro Cattelan and Carlo Crocchiolo, Federico Giunta, Luca Monarca, Luca Restivo, Ugo Ripamonti, Laura Tonini and Marco Villa.
