Alessandro Borghese - 4 Ristoranti is back on Sky Uno on Thursday, April 23 at 9.15pm with a new season of 10 episodes produced by Banijay Italia. The cooking show was recorded before the covid-19 outbreak.

First episode takes place in Venice and other episodes will take place in some of the most fascinating and characteristic places of the Italy: there will be the two big cities like Rome and Milan, but also the Valle d'Aosta, Carnia, Val Badia, Arezzo, Conero, Lunigiana and Cilento.

4 restaurateurs from the same area of ​​origin compete to establish who among them is the best in a given category. Each restaurateur invites the other three to dinner, accompanied by chef Borghese, comments and votes with a score from 0 to 10 location, menu, service and bill of the restaurant that hosts them. Up for grabs for the winner of each episode, the title of best restaurant and an economic contribution of 5 thousand euros to be invested in their own business. Each dinner is preceded by the scrupulous inspection by chef Borghese in the restaurant kitchen. An inspection that during the dinner will focus on the dining room staff, tested on reception, table service, description of the dish and wine. Only at the end audience restaurateur discover the judgment of chef Borghese who with his votes can confirm or overturn the entire ranking that rewards the best restaurant of the episode. In addition, Alessandro has a 5-point bonus that allows him to judge one more element and that makes the challenge even more unpredictable and exciting.
