On Sunday May 3, Rai 1 rerun episodes of drama series L’Allieva 2 (eng. The Pupil) based on the novel of Alessia Gazzola, won the prime time slot with 3.976 viewers (14.3%). Canale 5 talk show Live - Non È la D’Urso (produced by Videonews) recorded 2.389 viewers (12.2%) with the same share of last episode and a little decrease of viewers. Rai 2 talk show Che Tempo Che Fa scored 2.616 viewers (9.1%-9.7%) and talk Non è l’Arena on La7 scored 1.756 viewers (6%). On Nove, rerun cooking Little Big Italy (produced by Banijay Italia) achieved 1.7%-1.8%.
On Monday May 4, Rai 1 still leader with the rerun detective series Il Commissario Montalbano – Il Giro di Boa (Ita. Inspector Montalbano) which won the prime time slot with 6.027 viewers (23.7%). Rai 3 news current show Report and Rete 4 talk Quarta Repubblica scored the same share: 7.5%. Canale 5 movie The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers scored a poor record of 1.635 viewers (8.2%). In the same slot Rai 2 rerun gameshow Stasera Tutto È Possibile (fr. Vendredi, tout est permis) scored 6.3% and Italia 1 rerun show Emigratis 3 7.2%.
On Tuesday May 5, Rai 1 music concert Pooh - Amici Per Sempre won prime time slot with 3.598 viewers (14.7%) while Canale 5 rerun miniseries Padre Pio (produced by Mediatrade and Videotrade Audiovisivi) achieved 2.342 viewers (11.2%). Italia 1 talk Le Iene Show achieved a good 2.267 viewers (11.6%). Sky Uno late night show EPCC Live (produced by Fremantle) recorded only 175.000 viewers and 0.5% of share considering +1 channel, on demand and reruns.
On Wednesday May 6, Canale 5 rerun talent show Tu Si Que Vales won prime time slot with 3.819 viewers (18.6%) while Rai 1 rerun documentary Meraviglie – La Penisola dei Tesori (eng. Wonders) scored 2.983 viewers (12.4%). Rai 3 talk show Chi l’ha visto? 9.4%.
On Thursday May 7, Rai 1 drama series Vivi e Lascia Vivere won prime time slot with 6.290 viewers (23.5%) with a decrease compared to the last episodes. Canale 5 biopic Pelé: Birth of a Legend achieved 3.039 viewers (12.2%). Sky Uno cooking show Alessandro Borghese - 4 Ristoranti (produced by Banijay Italia) achieved 371.000 viewers and 1.3% of share (513.000 viewers considering +1 channel version, reruns and on demand). At 11:30pm, Rai 2 show Revolution – Stories from the Future (branded entertainment content produced by Next14 for Peugeot with Rai Pubblicità) achieved 310.000 viewers (2.6%).
On Friday May 8, all networks recorded poor audience: viewers under 2.5m and share under 10%. Italia 1 movie The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 won prime time slot with a poor 2.437 viewers and 9.5% of share. Rai 1 broadcast the 65th anniversary of ceremony David di Donatello 2020 dedicated to top films prizes, it scored 2.040 viewers (8.4%) while Canale 5 rerun variety Scherzi a Parte (produced by RTI) achieved 2.148 viewers (9.3%). Other free to air channels recorded a greater audience than last week: Rai 2 series NCIS recorded 2.054 viewers (7.2%), TV8 rerun talent Italia’s Got Talent – Best of (produced by Fremantle) 3.2%, Nove rerun one man show Fratelli di Crozza – Il Meglio di quando si stava Meglio (produced by ITV Movie) 2.3%, Real Time cooking Cake Star (produced by Banijay Italia) 1.1%. On Sky Atlantic/+1 and Sky Cinema 1/+1 the international financial thriller series Devils (ita. Diavoli, produced by Lux Vide, Orange Studio, Sky Italia and Sky Studios; distributed internationally by NBCUniversal) scored 484.656 viewers in the first episode and 447.672 in the second.
On Saturday May 9, Canale 5 broadcast rerun episode of gameshow Ciao Darwin – Terre desolate which won prime time slot with 4.992 viewers (22.2%) beating Rai 1 variety I Dieci Comandamenti which scored 3.466 viewers (14.2%).
