On Sunday May 10, Rai 1 rerun episodes of drama series L’Allieva 2 (eng. The Pupil) based on the novel of Alessia Gazzola, won the prime time slot with 4.022 viewers (15.4%). Canale 5 talk show Live - Non È la D’Urso (produced by Videonews) recorded 2.534 viewers (13.4%) beating other talk shows Che Tempo Che Fa (produced by L’Officina) on Rai 2 which scored 2.140 viewers (7.9%) and Non è l’Arena on La7 that scored 1.693 viewers (8%). On Nove, rerun cooking Little Big Italy (produced by Banijay Italia) achieved 1.8%.
On Monday May 11, Rai 1 still leader with the rerun detective series Il Commissario Montalbano – Il campo del vasaio (Ita. Inspector Montalbano) which won the prime time slot with 6.035 viewers (23%). Rai 3 news current show Report scored 2.310 viewers and 8.5%. Canale 5 movie The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King scored a poor record of 1.596 viewers (8.5%). In the same slot Rai 2 rerun gameshow Stasera Tutto È Possibile (fr. Vendredi, tout est permis) scored 6.3% and Italia 1 rerun show Emigratis 3 6.7%.
In the access prime time Rai 3 premiered the factual show Palestre di Vita (produced by Endemol Shine Italy) hosted by Salvo Sottile which debuted with 862.000 viewers and 3.2%. Daily stripped (Mon-Fri), it’s focused on the world of fitness. In late night, Rai 3 premiered new docuseries Fame D’Amore (4 episodes produced by Ballandi) with Francesca Fialdini who tells the stories of those suffering from eating disorders. Good debut with 1.129 viewers (6.1%).
On Tuesday May 12, Rai 1 rerun biopic Io sono Mia won prime time slot with 3.758 viewers (14.7%) while Canale 5 movie Mission: Impossible – Fallout achieved 2.697 viewers (12.5%). Italia 1 talk Le Iene Show achieved a good 2.116 viewers (10.8%). Sky Uno late night show EPCC Live (produced by Fremantle) recorded only 132.092 viewers (0.47%).
On Wednesday May 13, Canale 5 rerun talent show Tu Si Que Vales won prime time slot with 3.666 viewers (18.9%) while Rai 1 rerun documentary Stanotte al Museo Egizio scored 2.849 viewers (11.7%). Rai 2 cult movie Sister Act achieved 2.020 viewers (7.6%) and Rai 3 talk show Chi l’ha visto? scored 2.271 viewers (9.3%).
On Thursday May 14, Rai 1 drama series Vivi e Lascia Vivere won prime time slot with 6.572 viewers (24.8%) with peak of 7.085 viewers at 9:59pm. Canale 5 Italian movie Una festa esagerata achieved 2.336 viewers (9.1%). Rai 2 premiered the new variety Poco di Tanto (produced by Ballandi Multimedia) with Maurizio Battista which scored 970.000 viewers (3.6%). Sky Uno cooking show Alessandro Borghese - 4 Ristoranti (produced by Banijay Italia) achieved 320.451 viewers (1.11%). At 11:30pm, Rai 2 show Revolution – Stories from the Future (branded entertainment content produced by Next14 for Peugeot with Rai Pubblicità) achieved 427.000 viewers (2.5%).
On Friday May 15, Canale 5 premiered new version of talent competition Amici titled Amici Speciali - Con TIM insieme per l’Italia which won prime time slot with 3.875 viewers (18.8%), it scored good record in young demo 15-19yo: 33.24%. 4 episodes filmed in-studio with 4 judges and 3 experts of radio alongside the contestants. 12 contestants are divided in 2 teams and compete in dancing and singing. This edition sees no eliminations but charitable prizes can be won. In the same slot competitor Rai 1 movie All the Money in the World achieved 2.668 viewers (11%). On Nove one man show Fratelli di Crozza is back with a new episode which scored 1.445 viewers (5.3%). The reruns: TV8 talent Italia’s Got Talent – Best of (produced by Fremantle) 2.4% and Real Time cooking Cake Star (produced by Banijay Italia) 1%. On Sky Atlantic, Sky Cinema 1 and Primissime the international financial thriller series Devils (ita. Diavoli, produced by Lux Vide, Orange Studio, Sky Italia and Sky Studios; distributed internationally by NBCUniversal) closed with 559.012 viewers in the first episode and 544.758 in the second.
On Saturday May 16, Canale 5 broadcast rerun episode of gameshow Ciao Darwin – Terre desolate which won prime time slot with 4.404 viewers (21.3%) beating special Rai 1 European music event Europe Shine a Light – Accendiamo la Musica (aired in Eurovision) which scored only 2.763 viewers (11%).
