Sky season 2020/2021 schedule has been announced. The main changes concern the original TV series projects, with, first of all, another well-known Italian cinema auteur that joins the Sky team: Gabriele Muccino will sign his first TV series, reboot of his hit film A casa tutti bene. Meanwhile, Speravo de morì prima's shooting, TV series based on the legend of Italian football Francesco Totti with Pietro Castellitto as the ex-captain of Roma Football Club, has just begun. These are the two most recent news that will enrich Sky Original's lineup coming in the next fex months: from Petra with Paola Cortellesi to the young protagonists of Who are who we are by Luca Guadagnino, from epic story of Romulus by Matteo Rovere to Cops - Una banda di poliziotti with Claudio Bisio and many other Italian comedians. Waiting for Anna (working title) by Niccolò Ammaniti, Domina with Kasia Smutniak, and also the D’Innocenzo Brothers currently working on their first TV series and Salmo, creative and musical producer as well as actor of Blocco 181 (working title). 

As for the entertainment offer, Sky has announced that reality series Pekin Express, one of the most successful format of recent years, will join the other formats already at Sky’s home such as X Factor, MasterChef, Antonino Chef Academy, Alessandro Borghese 4 Ristoranti, Bruno Barbieri 4 Hotel, Family Food Fight, Italia’s Got Talent who return with their new editions.

As regard Sky’s offer on FTA, TV8 and Cielo, the most savory news is Name that tune - Indovina la canzone, brand new TV8’s musical game hosted by Enrico Papi, which continues its path of strengthening as a generalist channel after the investment in a daily information strip recently launched on the channel with Ogni Mattina e TG8.
