VIRTUAL SCREENINGS AUTUMN 2020 reinforces its “VS Next Session” line up by announcing other four new panels and presentations produced along with the market partners, which have been added to the six sessions confirmed last week.
A strong selection of global executives will describe and analyze the moment of the industry, the impact of the Covid-19 and which are the perspectives for the short and medium term; how have audiences changed their content consumption habits and how has drama consolidated its global expansion. The sessions will be premiered during different days of the market that takes place on September 15-24.
On September 18, “How to Create Content that Brands and Audiences Want Using Global Demand Data” will be the 30-minutes presentation from Alejandro Rojas, Director of Applied Analytics, Parrot Analytics, and Alex Nemeque, Data and Insights Director, WarnerMedia Mexico. “While content still reigns king, financing the production of content without changing the storytelling remains a challenge. The following day, September 19, “How has Covid-19 affected the Latin America industry?” will gather broadcaster and producers of the region to analyze the present scenario and the one after the pandemic. On September 23, “What Buyers & Commissioners Want in Singapore” will put focus on this strategic country in the heart of Asia, home of the some of the top panregional linear and non linear platforms that are producing more and more ‘Asian Originals’.
