From Friday 4 September at 9.20pm on Real Time appointment with Bake Off Italia - Dolci in Forno: the Italian adaptation of the famous British cooking show, produced by Banijay Italia for Discovery Italia, hosted by Benedetta Parodi, returns with a eighth edition full of surprises.

First, Csaba dalla Zorza, whom the public has come to know as a severe and uncompromising judge in Cortesie per gli Ospiti, will be joined the already known and beloved judging panel composed by Ernst Knam, Clelia d’Onofrio and Damiano Carrara.

The best amateur pastry chef will be crowned in Villa Borromeo d'Adda in Arcore in a completely new setting that will wink at landscapes of Paul Gauguin's paintings.

Since from the beginning contestants will have to face new, unexpected and unpredictable game mechanisms. In the race towards the final there will be 3 classic challenges: in the creative test, they will have the opportunity to give vent to their imagination reinterpreting the classic pastry recipes; in the technical test, they will have to demonstrate skill by all making the same cake, away from the judges' eyes who will taste the creations in the dark; finally, the surprise test, designed to put contestants in trouble with ever new and different unexpected events.

Among the special guests of this season there will be: the hair stylist Federico Fashion Style, Imma Polese and Matteo Giordano directly from Il Castello delle Cerimonie, Enzo Miccio, Chiara Maci, last year's winner Martina Russo, the Official Ambassador of Japanese Cuisine in Italy Chef Hiro, the international food star Gino D'Acampo and the Master Pastry Chef of the Amalfi Coast who has conquered the world of Sal De Riso.
