Canale 5 today premieres new season of Caduta Libera stripped from Monday to Friday at 6:45 p.m.

Hosted by Gerry Scotti and co-produced by RTI and EndemolShine Italy (a Banijay company), Caduta Libera, returns for its ninth season, with a renewed set design, even more colorful, bright and technological.

The diabolical trapdoors of the game show are ready to open again and swallow those who respond incorrectly to questions and lose challenges. At the end of each episode, the competitor who manages to stay undefeated on the center stage will become Champion and, in addition to winning the right to return in the next episode, will face the final game of "The ten steps": 3 minutes to answer 10 questions and try to win up to 500,000 euros.

During the game, confirmed the "Shots in the Dark", the special games that sometimes replace the classic questions during the challenges, with something new. From the second week, in fact, to the six "Shots in the dark" that the audience already knows ("Words in the dark", "Camouflaged words", "Arcane words", "6 with the rest of 2", "What a pair" and "Target free"), will be added "Who knows who will be", in which it will be necessary to be able to guess a famous character, starting from a letter that his name and surname have in common, just like in a crossword puzzle.

Caduta Libera is based on Israeli hit format Still Standing created by Channel 10 and July-August Productions Ltd. and licensed by Armoza Formats an ITV company. It aired in about 20 countries, including Israel, China, United States, Spain, Germany, France and India.
