Tale e Quale Show, Italian adaptation of Spanish hit format Tu Cara me Suena, created by Gestmusic (Endemol Shine Iberia, a Banijay Group company) and licensed in several countries by Banijay Rights (under the name Your Face Looks Familiar), turns its tenth anniversary.
The show challenges celebrities to transform and perform as different iconic music artists every week. They are judged by a panel of celebrity judges that must assign a score based on their singing and dance routines. After the jury vote, the contestants have to give a set of points to a fellow contestant of their choice. At the end of each episode, thanks to the sum of the two votes, will be decreed the winner of the week; the overall ranking, given by the sum of the votes of each episode, will lead instead to the election of the final winner, who will be proclaimed Champion of Tale e Quale Show 10. The usual tournament between the best contestants of the current and previous edition, which will crown the annual overall winner of Tale e Quale Show, will not be missing in the season finale.
Tale e Quale Show 10's contestants, or rather, "protagonists" as the host Carlo Conti defines them are: Barbara Cola, Francesca Manzini, Carolina Rey, Carmen Russo, Giulia Sol, Sergio Muniz, Francesco Paolantoni, Pago, Virginio and Luca Ward. Also confirmed in this new edition the judging panel composed by Loretta Goggi, Giorgio Panariello and Vincenzo Salemme. To celebrate this tenth edition there will also be the return of one of the most beloved faces of the program, Gabriele Cirilli, who with his overwhelming charge of sympathy will return to be part of Tale e Quale Show after two years of absence.
Tale e Quale Show, produced by Rai with Endemol Shine Italy (a Banijay group company), is back on air from today, Friday September 18 at 9:15 p.m. on Rai 1.
