Format

La Pupa e il Secchione e Viceversa, the Italian refreshed version of American hit reality format Beauty & The Geek already launched last year, returns to Italia1. Unlike the original version of the format, La Pupa e il Secchione e Viceversa sees Beauties and Geeks without distinction of sex challenge each other to strokes of culture and physical performance.

Paolo Ruffini will be replaced at the helm of the show by Andrea Pucci, the Milanese comedian among the most beloved faces of Italia 1 (Colorado, Big Show, Big Show). Pucci could lead solo, this year the Beauty par excellence Francesca Cipriani may not be there.

La Pupa e il Secchione e Viceversa is based on Beauty & The Geek format, created by Katalyst Films/Fox21/20th Fox Television and distributed by Endemol Shine IP B.V. New edition will be broadcast soon on Italia 1.
