The show hosted by chef Alessandro Borghese (4 Ristoranti) along with two colleagues Gennaro Esposito and Cristiano Tomei as jugdes of the competition, will valuate the best regional chefs.
The challenge sees 20 competitors from different regions of Italy competing in the kitchen to obtain the title of Best Regional Chef of Italy. The contestants will face serveral challenges including all the main courses according to the typical local tradition, prepared with quality raw materials.
The format (10 episodes) is produced by Banijay Italia.
