The reality television series, inspired by scripted soap operas Desperate Housewives and Peyton Place, documents the lives of upper-class women who "lead glamorous lives" in Naples.
The Real Housewives of Naples is produced by Ftm Entertainment (Fatma Ruffini) for Discovery Italia and it's based on a format distributed by NBCUniversal.
