Rai 3 presents 3 special events dedicated to three of the most popular titles in the history of melodrama such as Cavalleria rusticana, Pagliacci and Aida. Some of the most great voices: Marina Rebeka, Sonia Ganassi, Anita Rachvelishvili, Angela Meade, Yusif Eyvazov, Luca Salsi and Michele Pertusi perform in the open-air theater of Verona Arena. The first episode on Tuesday 27 July at 9.20 pm on Rai3, Rai Cultura offers three shows recorded during the summer. The three new productions - the first in stage form for the Verona Arena after the pandemic, with the digital sets of D-wok - are presented by Pippo Baudo and Antonio Di Bella who comment the three masterpieces.
It begins with Pietro Mascagni's masterpiece Cavalleria rusticana, scheduled for first TV on Rai3 on Tuesday 27 July at 21.20.
