The show (14x90') is based on a BBC format, produced by Banijay Italia for Warner Bros. Discovery, and hosted by Benedetta Parodi.
In this new edition Tommaso Foglia, "Pastry Chef of the year 2022" for Gambero Rosso,will join the team of judges alongside veterans Ernst Knam and Damiano Carrara.
This tenth edition will see a return to the origins and a rediscovery of the more traditional pastry. The 16 aspiring pastry chefs will face a path along 14 episodes, each characterized by 3 classic challenges: the creative test, in which they will be able to give vent to their imagination in reinterpreting the recipes, the technical test, in which they will have to demonstrate dexterity and skill away from the eyes of the judges - who will taste their creations in the dark - and the surprise test, designed to test the creativity and inspiration of aspiring pastry chefs with scenographic challenges.
