The organisers of the annual London TV Screenings have announced a line-up of 22 distributors for 2023 and confirmed dates that put it up against the annual BBC Studios Showcase on its return to the UK capital.

The third edition of the London TV Screenings will take place from Monday February 27 until Friday March 3, 2023. The annual BBC Studios Showcase is moving back to London from Liverpool for next year and taking place on February 27 and 28.

Founding distributors All3Media International, Banijay Rights, Entertainment One, Fremantle and ITV Studios will be joined at the London TV Screenings by a further 17 partners currently signed up to take part.

They are: Abacus Media Rights, About Premium Content, Beyond Rights, Blue Ant Media, Bossanova Media, Cineflix Rights, DCD Rights, Fifth Season, Hat Trick International, Keshet International, NBCUniversalFormats, Paramount Global Content Distribution, Passion Distribution, Red Arrow Studios International, StudioCanal, TVF International and Warner Bros International Television Production.

The London TV Screenings returned as an in-person event for its second edition earlier this year and was attended by more than 500 international buyers. The first event, in 2021, took place virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic.

A London TV Screenings spokesperson said: “In 2022, the London TV Screenings cemented its position as a key in-person destination for the global content community.

“Attendees are now guaranteed a completely London-based schedule packed full of sessions in which they will see and hear everything they need to know to make the right investments in programming for the year ahead.”
