A year has gone but entertainment production in Italy is still a matter of the same old faces. Top 10 ranking of entertainment format in 2022 is in fact not different from the previous year, although number of viewers is dropping for everyone. C’È POSTA PER TE (Season 25) Italian original emotainment show is still #1 and its TV host Maria De Filippi scores as well #2 and #4 spots with music & dance talent show AMICI (Season 22) and general talent show TU SI QUE VALES (Season 9). All three of them are produced by FASCINO while among other titles in Top10... 5 belongs to ENDEMOL SHINE ITALY and one each for FREMANTLE (THE VOICE SENIOR) and BALLANDI (DANCING WITH THE STARS). Regarding ageing TV Hosts MARIA DE FILIPPI (62 yo) leads 3 shows in the Top10, CARLO CONTI (62 yo) 3 as well, 2 for MILLY CARLUCCI (68 yo) and 1 for ANTONELLA CLERICI (59 yo) and AMADEUS (60 yo).
Apart entertainment series higher ratings still belongs to event Tv specials such as SANREMO SONG FESTIVAL, NEW YEAR'S EVE live concert and EUROVISION SONG CONTEST taking place in Torino, Italy.
Sad to acknowledge that no new show achieved Top20. Italy... no country for the young talent and the fresh ideas!
