Max Einhorn, SVP of Acquisitions and Co-Productions, heads all content acquisitions and production activities for FilmRise’s ubiquitous distribution business and its owned-and-operated FilmRise Streaming Network. Joining in 2014, he contributed to the development of FilmRise’s analytics and has grown a team that has entered hundreds of deals including Forensic Files, Unsolved Mysteries, Gordon Ramsay hosted Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares “Heartland,” “Highway to Heaven, the Stephen J. Cannell library, “Cheaters”, “The Dick Van Dyke Show”, and more. Einhorn has lead FilmRise’s expansion into originals, premieres, and co-productions with “Bloodline Detectives” Hosted by Nancy Grace, “Meet, Marry, Murder” hosted by Michelle Trachtenberg, “World’s Most Evil Killers”, “Not Like Mamma” hosted by Tia Mowry and Terrell Grice, and other projects. Most recently, he and his team created the “FilmRise Creator Partner Program” where Digital Native talents with video libraries can work with FilmRise to grow their audience and find new revenue streams.

He began his tenure when he founded JCS Productions, which has grown to be Israel largest independent production house. Prior to Armoza, Avi was the VP of Content and Business Development at Israel’s leading Media Company, the Jerusalem Capital Studios.
In 2005, he founded Armoza Formats, and under his leadership it has become a key player in the international formats market, successfully establishing it as a leading independent format development and distribution company that aims to innovate in distribution methods and format creation. In addition to driving the company forward, Avi has served as Executive Producer on several of Armoza’s hit shows, including prime-time entertainment show I Can Do That!, which has become a well-known brand aired in over 85 territories, including in the US on NBC and prime time singing competition The Four, which has had two hit seasons on FOX.
In 2019, Avi propelled Armoza Formats to the next stage in its evolution, with the company becoming part of ITV Studios under his continued leadership.
