Loves Diamonds will launch worldwide on Friday 13 October. The
drama ( 8 episodes) is based on the true story of Sicilian mastermind Leonardo Notarbartolo, who in 2003 stole more than $100 million-worth of precious stones from the Antwerp Diamond Center.
The cast includes Anna Foglietta (Un Giorno all'improvviso), Gianmarco Tognazzi (Non ci resta che il crimine), Carlotta Antonelli (Bang Bang Baby) and international star Rupert Everett and Malcolm McDowell.
Written by Stefano Bises (Gomorra: the series, ZeroZeroZero), Michele Astori (La mafia uccide solo d'estate), Giulio Carrieri and Bernanrdo Pellegrini, it's directed by Gianluca Maria Tavarelli (Il Giovane Montalbano) and produced by Wildside.
