Ettore Bassi started his career at Mediaset as TV host of many successfull entertainment tv shows like A Casa Nostra, Disney Club, Lo Zecchino d'Oro, and then moved towards fiction with the drama series Carabinieri, Inspector REX, Fuoriclasse, La Porta Rossa, E' Arrivala La Felicità , and biopics series like San Francesco d'Assisi, San Giuseppe Moscati and more.
Alongside television and cinema, he is also involved in theather. He recently performed the role of detective Sergeant Trott in Agatha Christi's Story Three Blind Mice.
On Rai 2 and Prime Video, Ettori Bassi has played the role of Riccardo, a father of two teenagers in We Are Legend. The series is a fantasy story produced by Fabula Pictures and distributed by Federation Studios.
The series tells the story of a group of troubled young people with huge problems that find to have an immense power, that can trace back to their own fears and deepest desires, turning their lives upside down. As explained by the director Carmine Elia: "It's a pure coming-of-age story centered on the events of a group of teenagers in present-day Rome".
The cast includes: Nicolas Maupas (known for his role in Mare Fuori), Claudia Pandolfi, Antonia Liskova, Lino Guanciale.
