FormatBiz | Mieli and Gianani at the helm of the production house Our Films

According to the magazine Italia Oggi Mario Gianani and Lorenzo Mieli are now at the helm of Our Films spa, a production company that has been active since April 4 with headquarters in Rome, boasting a share capital of 102,000 euros, 51% controlled by the French giant Mediawan International (already in charge of Palomar since 2019) and 49% by Prati srl (a holding company owned 50% by Mieli and 50% by Gianani).

Our Films spa sees Mario Gianani as president and Lorenzo Mieli as a counselor. Before this movement, Lorenzo Mieli was president of Fremantle Italia and CEO of The Apartment (controlled by Fremantle), while Mario Gianani was CEO of Wildside, which is also under Fremantle.

As announced, alongside the two managers in Our Films will also be Dario Morelli (former COO of The Apartment).

Recently, Mario Gianani has also become one of the main shareholders of the publishing group Be Production along with Guido Brera and Filippo Sugar.
