NATPE Joins Realscreen’s DIALOG Mentorship Program, Expands to Include Scripted Content
Realscreen’s DIALOG Mentorship Program, aimed at mid-level executives from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color backgrounds in unscripted programming, is expanding in its fourth year by partnering with NATPE to include scripted content.

The program will select up to ten outstanding executives from the DIALOG candidate pool, pairing them with senior-level mentors to help advance their careers. Confirmed mentors include Grace Moss (Warner Bros. Discovery), Brie Miranda Bryant (Lifetime), Robyn Lattaker Johnson, Ryann Lauckner (Fulwell73), Bree Frank (Evolution Media), David Cornwall (Scorpion TV), and J.C. Mills (Cineflix Productions). Additional mentors will be announced soon.

Realscreen and NATPE Global are also welcoming back founding partners A+E Networks and Warner Bros. Discovery.

“This program aims to increase diversity at the leadership level,” says Realscreen EVP Mary Maddever. “Partnering with NATPE allows us to broaden its scope, and we’re thrilled to have the continued support of A+E Networks and Warner Bros. Discovery.”

“NATPE is excited to add the DIALOG initiative, recognizing the need for balanced representation in the industry,” says NATPE Executive Director Claire Macdonald. “We’re honored to offer this opportunity across all genres.”

Participants will receive passes to the 2025 Realscreen Summit and NATPE Global events in Miami to meet their mentors and expand their networks.
