Keshet International (KI) has announced a deal with The Mediapro Studio to bring The Search, a popular word search puzzle gameshow, to Spain. The Spanish adaptation, Sopa de letras, will air on Aragón TV, marking the first European version of the format originally created by Youngest Media and KI for Keshet 12.
The show transforms the classic word search puzzle into a dynamic physical competition, where contestants’ knowledge, speed, and teamwork are tested on a large interactive LED game board. Filmed in Zaragoza and hosted by Miki Nadal, Sopa de letras is set to premiere later this year.
Kelly Wright, KI’s MD Distribution, expressed excitement about the collaboration, highlighting the format's universal appeal. Amparo Castellano from The Mediapro Studio praised the format's adaptability and its perfect fit for Aragón TV's programming. Alberto del Pozo of Aragón TV emphasized the show's potential to engage audiences with its spectacular set and entertaining gameplay.
