Rai 1 series Kostas, premiering on September 12, features Stefano Fresi as Commissioner Kostas Charitos. Based on Petros Markaris' novels, the show follows Charitos as he solves crimes in a mysterious, vintage Athens. Known for his tenacity and attention to detail, Charitos often clashes with his superior, Ghikas. The series also delves into Charitos’ personal life, highlighting his love of cooking and dictionaries, as well as an investigation into his father’s hidden past. Directed by Milena Cocozza, the series offers four prime-time episodes, featuring a stellar cast including Francesca Inaudi, Blu Yoshimi, and Marco Palvetti. Produced by Rai Fiction with Palomar.
