The fourth and final season of Beta Film's Sisi (24x1h) premieres December 1 on RTL+ and December 8 on German linear TV, with additional releases in territories worldwide later in December.
Dominique Devenport and Jannik Schümann return for one last time as Empress Elisabeth and Emperor Franz in a season filled with drama, intrigue, and a grand horse race in Bavaria. Directed by Sven Bohse (Dark Woods), the finale explores Sisi’s struggle to save her family estate and confront dark secrets from her past.
Since its debut, Sisi has been a record-breaking success, becoming the most-watched series annually on RTL+ in Germany and earning top ratings across Europe, including France, Austria, and the Netherlands. Sold to over 120 territories, it has cemented Empress Elisabeth as an international icon, following in the footsteps of the 1950s classic trilogy starring Romy Schneider.
