This unique series follows the story of Nino Scotellaro, a Sicilian public prosecutor who has devoted his life to fighting organized crime. In a cruel twist of fate, he is framed by the very Mafia boss he has been hunting for years and accused of being a mafioso himself—the kind of criminal he’s spent his life opposing.

Season 2 picks up with Nino’s evolving journey, balancing the fight for justice with a morally ambiguous descent into the underworld. 

Luigi Lo Cascio delivers a compelling performance as Nino Scotellaro, with Claudia Pandolfi portraying his resilient lawyer wife. Produced by Indigo Film in collaboration with Amazon Studios, the series showcases the exceptional writing of Ludovica Rampoldi, Davide Serino, and Giuseppe G.
