Karina Dolgiej as been appointed as new Head of International Business and Co-Productionsaat iZen in Miami to oversee the International Department.
With over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, Karina will spearhead Grupo iZen’s international expansion from its new office in Miami.
Throughout her career, Karina has held prominent leadership roles, including Vice President of Content Sales for Latin America and the United States at BBC Studios. Her extensive experience also includes collaborations with leading companies such as Armoza Formats, Keshet International, Zodiak Latino, and Univision, establishing her as an expert in the Hispanic market in the US and across LATAM territories.

Her focus will be on strengthening the Group’s presence in LATAM and the US, while also fostering relationships with European markets and advancing co-productions. Particular emphasis will be placed on productions filmed in Spain, leveraging Grupo iZen’s production capabilities and the attractive tax incentives available in the country.
This appointment further bolsters the leadership team led by Jose Velasco and Sara Fernández-Velasco.
