Costanza is an Italian series premiered on Rai 1 on March 30, 2025. Based on Alessia Gazzola's novel "Questione di Costanza," the series follows Costanza Macallè, a 29-year-old Sicilian doctor specializing in paleopathology. After winning a research grant, she relocates to Verona with her six-year-old daughter, Flora, to work at the Institute of Paleopathology. There, she investigates historical mysteries through the study of ancient remains. Concurrently, Costanza faces personal challenges, including reconnecting with Flora's father, Marco, who was previously unaware of his daughter's existence.
