"Do Not Work": Casta Diva Group Launches a Bold New Vision of Work Across Generations

On Monday, April 7 and Tuesday, April 8, Casta Diva Group unveiled two major initiatives—“Do Not Work” and “Red Flag”—that aim to spark a new conversation about work, freedom, and intergenerational dialogue.

"Published in national print and online media, “Do Not Work” is not a provocation—it’s an opening. It’s a manifesto that calls for a rethinking of the meaning of work: more freedom, more creativity, more authenticity. It’s an invitation to rewrite the rules—at any age" said a press note from the group.

Born as the foundation of the GenZ Pact, the manifesto speaks to everyone: to those just starting out, to those who’ve been on the path for a while, and to those who lead. Because the most powerful act we share is the ability to imagine something new—something that transcends roles, ages, and language. Imagination, after all, isn’t just a creative spark; it’s a shared space where everyone can come together.

Running alongside the manifesto is “Red Flag”, a bold and conversational social media campaign. With a direct, often ironic tone, it aims to ignite real discussion about what work is today—and what it could become tomorrow.
"This isn’t a campaign for Gen Z, but with Gen Z. And that “with” is everything. Because only when visions intersect, experiences resonate, and generations truly speak to each other, can something meaningful take shape. Real change is never just a matter of age—it’s a collective act. And this campaign is a gentle yet powerful invitation to take part in it."
