A local adaptation of format Best Bakery launched on TV8 on Monday 12 March, stripped weekdays. Over the course of six weeks, two specialist pastry chefs travel to six different Italian cities in search of the country's most innovative bakery. Each day three pâtisseries compete in a series of baking challenges. Each day's winners will face each other in the final during the Friday episode. The city's winners go on to compete in the national final to be crowned Italy's Best Bakery.
