The new drama series recently launched by Keshet International When Heroes Fly got a brilliant result in the first two episodes broadcast in May. The first episode scored an audience share of 24.5% with 454k viewers (in the same slot, reality show Big Brother reached an audience share of 17.6%). The second episode got an audience share of 23% share and 416K viewers. The story is focused on four friends, war veterans of a Special Forces unit, who, eleven years after falling out, reunite for one final mission: to find Yaeli, a former lover of one of them and sister of another. Their journey will take them deep into the Colombian jungle but, as to succeed, first they must confront the trauma that tore them apart. A dramatic thriller about the strength needed not only to fight for life, but also to heal and find peace
The drama was also awarded during Canneseries as best series.
